WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Information that you voluntarily provide to us.We collect personal information that you provide to us voluntarily.
Registration information. When you create your account for registering to use our Services, depending on how you choose to create it, we may collect your e-mail address, OTP, and/or password to create an account and login.
Your Content
When you edit your business card information, we will collect your edits, such as names and addresses, for the purpose of creating business cards for you and display the information as you wish.
When you use our Services to scan images of business card(s) for recognizing text automatically (OCR), we will collect the images which you choose to take or upload and the relevant personal information, including but not limited to your name, occupation, job title, mobile number, business email, company name, business address and business phone number etc. We will request access to your camera to scan. If you do not grant this permission, we will be unable to offer the business card recognition service.
When you save the business card recognized to address book as a contact or modify contact(s), we will collect the contact list for the purpose of saving or modifying the contact.
When you use our Services to create and use your AI agent, the following personal information may be collected:
To create your AI agent voice, we will collect any text or other content that you choose to share with us or input into our Services to generate synthetic audio clips reading your text, any audio recordings of your voice that you choose to share with us, which may include personal information, as well as data about your voice to provide our Services to you. You may also submit additional audio recordings for us to verify that the voice featured in the provided audio recording is yours.
To create your AI agent image, we and our service provider (see details in Section 3) will collect the content you upload to the Service, including but not limited to photographs, images and any other content you upload. We may analyze the material you upload and upload the feature points (such as vector points of eyes, nose, mouth, etc.) and contour lines in the input material for portrait processing, but we do not analyze any facial recognition features. We may upload or import the content to the Service before you save or post the content (also known as pre-uploading).
To complete and improve your AI agent profile, we will collect the content you upload to the Service, including but not limited to your name, image, mobile number, self-introduction, job title, business email, company name, business address and business phone number, links to your social media account (e.g. Linkin, Ins, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, Telegram), conference invitation links, WhatsApp number and files you upload etc.
To use your AI agent to communicate with your Visitors, we will collect the configuration on the information collected from or communicate with external contacts you have set or upload, including but not limited to whether or not require the email address of contacts, the reply content send to Visitors, etc.
When you use other functions of our Service, such as AI presenter and Campaign, we will collect the PDF file you upload, the scripts you confirm or edit, the choice you made about the presentation voicer, the contact email address you upload and edit, and the reply content send to mail recipients, etc.
Data related to the Service
Transaction information. If you subscribe to or purchase credits for the paid services provided by us, we may receive information about your transaction when it was made or when a subscription is set to expire.
Troubleshooting and help data. We may record your e-mail address and the feedback or complaint you provided when you contact us for service support, making a complaint, suggestion or feedback to us by sending emails to help us keep contact with you for updates and support to resolve your queries for use of our Services.

Ltd. who provides the creation of AI agent image service will collect and process your personal information for purposes as defined in this Privacy Policy; and Apple Inc., who provides payment services for payment processing when the transaction was made or when a subscription is set to expire, and the transaction information is provided directly to Apple Inc. whose use of such information is governed by its own Privacy Policy.
